Our Management Associate Programme is a nine-month initiative designed to develop you into a global leader.

Through two rotations and an overseas stint, you will:

• Gain first hand experience on what it takes to drive the growth and transformation of Singapore's businesses and industries by rotating through various departments, providing a comprehensive understanding of our work.

• Expand your global perspective with an overseas stint in a dynamic regional market, where you'll engage with business stakeholders, build networks, and gain market awareness.
