Position Overview:

Do you aspire to be a Sales Rock Star This role requires an individual to be an Owner, to be a Go Getter. You will report to the Managing Director. As a Sales Representative you will foster strong and lasting relationship and capture new logos by establishing mind/market share through Calsius's solution & service offerings. You will serve as a trusted advisor to your prospects, providing valuable insights and orchestrating deals with Calsius's eco-system of capabilities. As a Sales Representative, you will collaborate jointly with your Prospects, Presales Consultants, Project Management Team and Partners. Together, we will create technology and digital roadmaps and winning strategies. Enabling your client's organisations to digitally transform and value create. Creating positive and impactful outcome/capabilities with the use of technology!

Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of our company's service offerings in the area of IoT, C2, Video Management, Integrated Security Management System, Physical Security Information Management System, Video Analytics, , Audio Visual and Signal extension solutions.

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities within the target market.

Generate qualified leads through various channels, including email campaigns, social media outreach and cold calls.

Diligently create and update lead activities and progress to allow you to grow and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Monday CRM.

Carry out lead qualification and deal assessment.

Collaborate with Account team to develop and execute sales strategies.

Diligently track and convert leads into opportunities.

Effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.

Achieve and exceed agreed KPIs.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:
