We are now looking for a commercially astute Enterprise Sales Executive to drive growth across regulated industries - specifically Health, Life Sciences and Financial Services.

This is not a transactional sales role. This is about leading complex, consultative enterprise engagements that shape meaningful transformation.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and closing new enterprise opportunities across regulated sectors, partnering with Salesforce and Bluprintx consulting teams to deliver high-impact transformation programs.

You'll engage C-suite and senior executives on strategic initiatives including customer experience transformation, digital modernisation, regulatory compliance uplift and data-led growth.

This role requires someone who understands the nuance of regulated environments - governance, risk, compliance and stakeholder complexity and can confidently navigate long sales cycles.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving pipeline development and collaboration with regional & global marketing & solution teams
  • Building and executing a targeted enterprise sales strategy across Health, Life Sciences and Financial Services
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across Salesforce-led transformation programs
  • Leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements from discovery through to commercial negotiation
  • Partnering closely with Salesforce account executives to drive joint pipeline
  • Engaging senior decision-makers (CIO, CDO, Head of Digital, Customer, Operations)
  • Working with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape compelling, compliant and commercially viable solutions
  • Managing accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline governance

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in enterprise technology or consulting sales (Salesforce ecosystem highly regarded)
  • Strong experience selling into regulated industries (Health, Life Sciences and/or Financial Service)
  • Demonstrated success managing long, complex sales cycles
  • Commercial acumen and confident negotiation capability
  • Ability to translate compliance, risk and operational challenges into transformation opportunities
  • Existing executive-level network within target industries advantageous
