Job Highlights

• Prior experience related to Cloud Solutions, Business background (accounting/finance/supply chain/manufacturing),
• Experience in selling ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Globe 3, Infor) will be advantageous.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development through market research, strategic partnerships, and lead generation activities.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored Yonyou ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with presales and internal teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Report sales performance and contribute to business strategy planning.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in business applications or cloud solutions;
• Basic understanding of Supply Management, including Procurement, Requisitioning, Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, and Inventory Management.
• Basic understanding of Finance and accounting management, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Asset Management, and Enterprise reports.
• Passionate about engaging customers and delivering exceptional service.
• Results-driven, with proven ability to manage client and partner relationships effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills in sales environments, with expertise in qualifying and closing opportunities.
• Preferred skills include creativity, coordination, interpersonal communication, and business analysis.
• Be able to go on business trips in China, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Australia.
• Good command of English and Chinese to communicate and present to customers.
