Job Description

Business Development & Account Ownership

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers within assigned industry verticals

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities

  • Execute account strategies to expand revenue and solution adoption

Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior decision-makers and functional leaders

  • Understand customer priorities and align solutions to business and operational needs

Solution-Based Selling

  • Position enterprise solutions to address customer challenges and long-term objectives

  • Lead discussions around value creation, efficiency, and transformation initiatives

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with internal teams such as presales, marketing, and technical support to deliver end-to-end solutions

  • Coordinate with external partners to support implementation and delivery

Sales Performance Management

  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts

  • Track account progress and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred

  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or key account management

  • Prior exposure to Healthcare or Manufacturing environments is advantageous

  • Experience selling technology, automation, AV, or enterprise solutions
