Key responsibilities

Assist with the design, implementation, and execution of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and roadmap across the Group, ensuring robust governance and internal controls.
Regularly review and refine the organisation's risk appetite and tolerance levels, maintaining alignment with strategic objectives and operational priorities.
Identify, assess, and monitor enterprise and project-level risks that may impact strategic growth and long-term value creation.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for key projects, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees.
Collaborate with business and functional teams to drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, governance, and risk control.

Role requirements

Minimally Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines relevant professional certifications preferred.
At least 5 years experience in risk functions.
Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000), and investment evaluation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
