We are seeking a proactive and experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to lead the identification, assessment, and management of risks across the organization. The ideal candidate will develop and implement enterprise-wide risk management frameworks and strategies to minimize potential threats and maximize opportunities, ensuring the organization's objectives are met with resilience and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain an enterprise risk management (ERM) framework aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across all business units, including operational, financial, strategic, compliance, and reputational risks.
Collaborate with senior leadership and business units to embed risk management practices into decision-making and business processes.
Conduct risk assessments, scenario analyses, and stress testing to evaluate potential impacts and mitigation strategies.
Monitor risk indicators and prepare regular risk reports and dashboards for the Board, executive management, and stakeholders.
Lead risk mitigation initiatives, including policy development, controls implementation, and risk transfer strategies.
Facilitate risk awareness training and workshops to promote a risk-conscious culture throughout the organization.
Coordinate with internal audit, compliance, and external regulators to ensure alignment and adherence to risk management standards.
Stay updated on emerging risks, industry trends, and regulatory changes to proactively adjust risk management approaches.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, risk assessment, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks such as COSO, ISO 31000, or equivalent.
Experience in conducting risk assessments, developing risk mitigation plans, and reporting to senior leadership.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Risk Management Professional (RMP), or FRM are advantageous.
