Enterprise Risk Management Specialist

We are looking for an Enterprise Risk Management Specialist for a Global MNC. This position will support group-wide risk management, compliance, insurance, and business continuity activities.

Responsibilities:

• Strengthen risk governance & compliance frameworks: Support the implementation of enterprise risk processes, compliance checks, and data protection requirements across different business units.
• Enhance risk and claims analytics: Use data insights to monitor key risk trends, analyze insurance claims, and surface early indicators that help the organisation make better decisions.
• Coordinate risk assessments & operational resilience activities: Help facilitate risk evaluations, control testing, business continuity drills, and verification exercises to ensure operational robustness.
• Review insurance coverage & support contract discussions: Work closely with Insurance team, assist in evaluating insurance policies, coverage terms, and exclusions, and provide guidance to business units on insurance-related elements in contracts.
• Drive governance initiatives & stakeholder collaboration: Maintain central risk registers, support group-wide governance projects, and work closely with internal teams, brokers, loss adjusters, and other external partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or Risk Management related
• 5-8 years of working experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field
• Experience with risk controls, business continuity planning, or crisis preparedness will be beneficial.
• Industry exposure to logistics, infrastructure, or maritime is an advantage.
• Able to interpret data, produce clear reports, and engage with stakeholders from multiple levels.
• Comfortable working across teams, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and managing relationships with internal and external partners.
