Business Solution Analyst ERP Transformation Programme (15-18 months contract)

We are looking for a Business Solution Analyst to support the delivery of a business-critical ERP implementation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business process design, technology enablement, and stakeholder collaboration. You will play a key role in ensuring the end-to-end business solution is fit-for-purpose, driving process excellence, and championing test quality across the programme lifecycle.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Own the end-to-end design of core business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Ensure all business requirements are captured and integrated into the overall solution.
- Collaborate with Business Solution and Process Leads to resolve design issues and prioritise key decisions.
- Support benefit realisation by embedding measurable KPIs into the design and tracking them through delivery.
- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring the solution meets both functional and technical needs.
- Coordinate with testing teams to define test scenarios and lead integration, regression, and UAT phases.
- Identify key business changes and support the Business Change team in driving adoption.
- Develop and maintain business architecture artefacts, such as capability maps and process documentation.
- Contribute to roadmap planning and assess change requests and business cases where required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ERP transformation programmes (e.g., SAP, Oracle, D365) in a business analyst or solution analyst capacity.
- Strong understanding of business process modelling, integration, and solution design principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills youll be the key connector between business and IT.
- Hands-on experience with test planning and coordination, especially in large-scale system implementations.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture while managing the details.
- Familiarity with performance metrics and benefits tracking.
