Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • IT Project Coordination & Departmental Support
  • Assist the IT Manager with daily administrative tasks such as documentation, data compilation, and workflow follow-up
  • Participate in full-cycle management of IT-related projects, including planning, execution, delivery, and continuous optimization
  • Core System Planning & Implementation
  1. Actively participate in the planning, development, and optimization of core enterprise information systems such as ERP, financial integration, and smart construction platforms
  2. Ensure alignment between system design and the company's strategic goals and business requirements
  • Business Requirement Analysis & System Delivery
  1. Lead business requirement research by collaborating closely with various departments
  2. Translate business needs into technical implementation plans and guide the development team to ensure successful delivery
  • Support for Innovative Business Initiatives
  1. Support the integration of digital solutions into innovative business models, such as supply chain finance and finance-business integration
  • AI Technology Research & Application
  1. Promote the use of AI technologies in enterprise digitalization, such as intelligent document recognition, process automation, smart analytics, and decision support systems
  2. Stay updated on AI trends and evaluate their application in real business scenarios
  • System Integration & Operations Management
  1. Responsible for interface development, system integration, and technical documentation
  2. Establish and maintain standardized development and operations processes to ensure stable system performance and continuous improvement
  • Process Optimization & Data Analysis
  1. Assist in business process review and optimization
  2. Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency through digital transformation
  • Explore and define feasible technical routes to accelerate business innovation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Software Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT / digital transformation projects
  • Proven experience leading or deeply participating in the implementation of enterprise-level systems (ERP, OA, smart construction, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of Java ecosystem and hands-on experience with Spring Boot, MyBatis, and other mainstream frameworks
  • Proficiency in system architecture and interface design, with strong technical documentation skills
  • Experience in AI-related applications (e.g., OCR, NLP, data modeling, intelligent analytics) is a plus
  • Experience in digital transformation within construction, real estate, manufacturing, or engineering industries
  • Familiarity with mainstream ERP platforms such as SAP, Seeyon, or Yonyou
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and automated deployment tools
  • Previous involvement in digital transformation projects in Chinese companies
  • Proficient in writing reports in Chinese for the China headquarters
