Enterprise Integrations, Solutions Engineer

We're looking for a solutions engineer to own our enterprise integration strategy while hands-on building the solutions. You'll create the platform that connects our robots with customer infrastructure, turning custom integrations into scalable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute integration product roadmap
• Design and code enterprise APIs and integration solutions
• Build lift/door integration frameworks and modules
• Lead customer discovery and technical workshops
• Support pre-sales with technical demonstrations
• Create SDKs and developer documentation
• Manage integration projects from concept to deployment
• Build reusable integration products to reduce deployment time

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years in technical product management or solutions engineering
• Strong programming skills (Python, Node.js, or similar)
• Experience with API design, IoT protocols, and system integration (OpenRMF is a bonus)
• Customer-facing technical leadership experience
• Understanding of building automation and access control systems
• Excellent communication and project management skills
