Enterprise Architect

The role is responsible for providing Enterprise Architecture design solutions and defining technical strategies, implementation roadmaps, and transformation initiatives to support the customer's overall IT and business vision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and deliver solutions for IT optimisation, business-aligned IT strategy, enterprise architecture, roadmap development, transformation programs, and support for business/product acquisitions, mergers, and APO initiatives.

2. Drive business transformation by actively participating in RFP/RFI responses, due diligence activities, pre-sales support, and overseeing proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.

3. Ensure effective delivery governance at the engagement level, maintaining alignment with business objectives and architectural standards.

4. Mentor and guide technical and solution architects, while continuously upgrading personal knowledge through ongoing learning and skill development.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred).

2. Experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, and roadmap planning.

3. Proven ability to support pre-sales, RFP/RFI, and client-facing engagements.

4. Strong governance, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

5. Excellent communication and mentoring capabilities.
