Enterprise Architect (Applications)

We are partnered with an established multinational financial services institution looking for a Enterprise Architect to shape and drive their modern platform ecosystem.

As part of a strategic digital modernization initiative, you will drive enterprise-level architectural direction, focusing on scalable platform design, reusable services, and cloud-native integration. You will act as the technical authority bridging core business objectives with robust engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape end-to-end platform target states, prioritizing component reusability, modern design patterns, and operational efficiency.

• Formulate high-level and low-level architecture designs, standardizing integration frameworks across distributed digital systems.

• Evaluate trade-offs between legacy application constraints and future-state engineering to ensure scalable transitions.

• Partner directly with cross-functional digital delivery, infrastructure, and engineering teams to oversee execution and enforce architectural best practices.

• Establish strict governance models balancing rapid feature delivery with critical non-negotiables: resilience, cloud security, and high availability.

Key Requirements:

• At least 8 years of overall technology experience with a proven track record in architecture leadership.

• Strong background in modern patterns: microservices, serverless, event streaming frameworks, and cloud-native solutionsHands-on foundation in software engineering, system administration, and modern DevOps/SRE principles.

• Working familiarity with standard enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).

• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to lead technical committees and communicate strategy effectively
