Enterprise Architect

Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect (Contract) to lead an architecture engagement focused on defining and delivering a clear, actionable enterprise architecture blueprint.

The primary objective of this role is to guide the organisation's transition from its current-state architecture to a future-state architecture that is driven by modern digital and software capabilities.

This role is outcome-oriented and hands-on, bridging business strategy, digital ambition, and technical implementation.

The Enterprise Architect will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, and delivery partners/vendors to ensure the future-state architecture is practical, implementable, and aligned to organisational priorities

Architecture & Blueprint Development

- Assess and document, in detail, the current-state architecture across business, application, data,

integration, and technology domains

- Define, in detail, a future-state enterprise architecture that leverages digital platforms, software

services, cloud, data, and automation capabilities

- Develop a target architecture blueprint, including:

• Architecture principles and guardrails
• Logical and high-level physical architecture views (L1, L2 and L3 details)
• Key platforms, capabilities, and integration patterns

Transition & Roadmap Definition

- Produce a clear transition roadmap from current to future state, including:

• Phased migration approach
• Dependencies, risks, and constraints
• Quick wins vs. strategic initiatives

- Identify architectural building blocks required to enable digital transformation

BusinessTechnology Alignment

- Translate business strategy and digital objectives into actionable architectural designs

- Engage senior business and IT stakeholders to validate assumptions and priorities

- Ensure architectural recommendations balance value, risk, cost, and delivery feasibility

Governance & Decision Support

- Provide architectural guidance to ongoing initiatives to ensure alignment with the target state

- Support investment and solution decisions with clear architectural rationale

- Define architecture standards, patterns, and reference models where needed

Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment

- Communicate complex architectural concepts in clear, executive-friendly language; facilitate

architecture workshops and working sessions where appropriate

- Produce high-quality architecture artefacts suitable for executive, business, and delivery

audiences

- Get alignment with Business stakeholders and Tech stakeholders (e.g. Senior Software Lead) on

the architecture, blueprint and plan.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or large-scale solution architecture

- Proven track record delivering enterprise architecture blueprints in transformation programs

- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

- Strong background in digital, software-driven, and platform-based architectures

- Digital and software architectures including:

• Cloud and hybrid platforms
• API and integration architectures
• Data and analytics platforms
• Modern application architectures (microservices, domain driven, event based etc)

Success Measures:

- An excutable architecture blueprint (current, transition and future)

- Effectively communicate and getting buy-in from the relevant stakeholders

Working Hours:

44 hours per week (9 AM to 6 PM) Onsite except Sat/Sun and Singapore Public Holidays

Overtime work may be required. No extra allowance will be provided; instead, compensatory off will be granted.
