Job Description

Account Management & Growth:

  • Manage a portfolio of premium accounts as the main point of contact.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Drive deeper account penetration and adoption of solutions in printing, visual communications, and sustainability.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, procurement, and key business stakeholders.
  • Understand client business needs and position the company as a long-term strategic partner.

Consultative Selling:

  • Apply solution-selling methodologies to identify and address client pain points.
  • Recommend customized solutions aligned with customer objectives and digital transformation goals.

Collaboration & Execution:

  • Work closely with channel partners to ensure seamless fulfilment and deployment.
  • Collaborate with marketing, presales, and technical support teams to deliver superior customer experience.

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor account performance, pipeline progress, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely forecasts and regular business updates to management.
