We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to be part of the Sales & Marketing team, responsible for consultative selling of VKey's digital and mobile security solutions. This role will focus on building longterm enterprise customer relationships, driving new business, and expanding strategic accounts across target industries.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive endtoend enterprise sales cycles from lead qualification to deal closure
- Identify, acquire, and manage strategic enterprise customers, essentially a Hunter
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and business leaders
- Understand customer business challenges and position VKey's solutions as valuedriven security offerings
- Work closely with presales, solution architects, marketing, and product teams on proposals, demos, RFPs, and POCs
- Develop and execute account plans to grow revenue through upsell and crosssell opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts in the company's CRM system
- Monitor account performance and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Take up additional duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 6+ years of proven enterprise B2B hunting sales or direct account management experience.
- Experience selling technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or identity
- Proven track record of closing large and complex enterprise deals.
- Experience selling into BFSI, government, or large enterprises is a requirement
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, businessfocused manner.
- Strong selfstarter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Capability to work in a dynamic, fastgrowing environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
