This position generates new business by managing business relationships between UPS and designated Enterprise Accounts. He/She executes business plans by meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals. This position leads service and sales activity across UPS's portfolio of products and services for International Small Package. He/She drives global business growth through solution development, customer-facing communications, contract development, value creation, and negotiation.
Job Responsibilities
- Executes business plan through the identification and development of sales opportunities to ensure business plan objectives are achieved.
- Provides knowledge and understanding of UPS capabilities to respond to general and specialized customer requests.
- Maintains contract compliance and renewal process to ensure elements of contracts are being followed and negotiated by both UPS and customer.
- Maintains and monitors customer information and account performance data of Express shipments to track sales performance against sales objectives.
- Utilizes business information and analysis reporting tools to assess account performance, conducting regular analysis and providing insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Stays abreast of industry competitors, gathering competitive intelligence to be used in engaging prospects and customers.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in any fields. An MBA in Management, Marketing or Business is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales with track record of making sales plan objectives in previous assignments.
- Strong negotiation skills to navigate complex business relationships and agreements.
- Ability to lead and collaborate within a dynamic team environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the logistics industry
- Prior experience in handling international express business with MNC customers is highly advantageous.
