Job Description

As an Enterprise Sales Professional for the Public Sector (EPG), your role is to identify and qualify sales leads, pitch our award-winning software solutions to enterprises, and manage the full sales cycle. If you already have proven enterprise sales experience, then we want to hear from you!

Reporting to the VP Sales Asia, your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and understanding the competition and opportunities in the market.
  • Preparing an overall enterprise sales plan for the assigned territory, including targeted activities.
  • Developing and executing joint partner business plans to meet and exceed the company's growth and margin targets.
  • Identifying business use cases and presenting solutions to develop enterprise opportunities.
  • Negotiating and closing enterprise agreements with clients and establishing long-term, high-value relationships.
  • Driving the managed pilot process with the technical lead and presenting results to clients.
  • Working with dedicated pre-sales engineers and other cross-functional team members to close business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with teams in different territories and offices.

Other qualities that you'll need to be a fit for this role include:

  • Knowledge and experience in the IT field (Computer Science majors are preferred but not required).
  • Experience in selling solutions in a similar area, including Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Digital Workplace, Enterprise Collaboration, ECM, Content Management, and Document Management.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and articulate the business value of innovative technologies, including Enterprise Collaboration, and understand enterprise digital workplace requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present at a senior level, establish trust, and maintain relationships with IT professionals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Commitment to continuous education and drive to stay up to date with the latest technologies.
