Job Description

Responsibilities:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, your impact will include:

  • Driving net new business acquisition while managing and growing an existing portfolio of enterprise accounts

  • Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets through a combination of new logo acquisition and expansion (upsell/cross-sell) within existing customers

  • Managing a substantial book of business and delivering strong net revenue retention through strategic account development

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across enterprise organizations

  • Partnering with customers to understand their business objectives and supporting their digital transformation initiatives, particularly in developer practices, security, and compliance

  • Developing and executing territory and account plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., Channel Partners, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering)

  • Leveraging partner ecosystems (e.g., cloud and technology partners) to drive deal origination and close complex enterprise sales cycles

  • Maintaining a strong and consistent sales pipeline, utilizing structured methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) to qualify and progress opportunities

  • Providing accurate sales forecasting and contributing to strategic business planning

Requirements:

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales within the technology sector, with exposure to both startup and large enterprise environments

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas, including achieving significant net new business targets (e.g., $1M+)

  • Experience managing and growing a multi-million-dollar book of business with strong net revenue retention performance

  • Strong end-to-end enterprise sales experience, including new logo acquisition, account management, and expansion strategies

  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across industries (e.g., finance, retail, energy, public sector)

  • Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners to close complex deals

  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Highly driven, proactive hunter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Willingness to travel as required
