. Recruit new students through different engagement channels and initiatives, including but not limited to facility visits, campaigns, open houses and information sessions and other outreach activities.

. Advise and guide parents of existing and prospective students who are considering new subjects, and support them in selecting suitable academic program.

. Provide accurate and timely information on curriculum highlights and program offerings to prospective households and students.

. Proactively develop new contacts and sales leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.

. Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities in the education industry, and contribute insights to support sales initiatives and improvements.

. Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to support and execute student recruitment activities, plans and objectives.

. Take ownership of assigned and ad hoc tasks and projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

. Uphold and project the organisation's premium brand image by delivering a professional, high-quality and customer-centric enrolment experience at all touchpoints.
