Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of experience in neonatal care within a hospital or clinical setting
- Ability to work 2 rotating shifts, 12 hours (Monday to Sunday)
- Working schedule: 4 days/week
- Certified as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the neonatal care unit
- Monitor and provide care for newborns
- Educate mothers on breastfeeding techniques
- Provide guidance on newborn bathing
- Respond promptly to neonatal emergencies
