The Enrolled Nurse will play a crucial role in managing the reception area, attending to patients, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to doctors during consultations. Responsibiliti

• esManage daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient car
• e.Perform administrative duties that are pertinent to clinic operations and service standards, such as managing insurance claims, Medisave claims, MediShield claims, procurement and maintenance functions, and licensing documentatio
• n.Handle clinic duties such as managing patient flow, appointment scheduling, and overseeing inventory, always maintaining high standard of service
• s.Support billing, financial counselling, and subsidy-related matters in compliance with polici
• esResponsible for ordering of medicines, ensuring medications are in stock and medication dispensing and ensure that medications are administered in accordance with guidelines, policies, and procedure
• s.Manage patients expectations and uphold high standard of medical care and service delivery are provided and maintaine
