Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic healthcare team where you will play a vital role in patient care through a variety of clinical and administrative tasks. This position offers opportunities to enhance your skills in phlebotomy and patient assessment.

Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture for blood specimen collection and ensure proper labeling and dispatch to the laboratory. Assist the physician with consultations, in-clinic procedures, and necessary surgical interventions. Carry out ECGs, vaccinations, Pap smears, and high vaginal swabs as required. Monitor patient vital signs, including blood pressure, height, and weight. Facilitate patient flow by collaborating effectively with the medical team and understanding various operational stations. Maintain accurate medical records and manage patient registration and appointment scheduling. Support inventory management by forecasting supply needs and informing management of low stock levels. Assist the Business Development Team with on-site health screening initiatives as needed. Uphold Ministry of Health standards and maintain cleanliness and organization in designated areas. Complete assigned tasks efficiently, ensuring clear communication with the Operations Manager.

Requirements

Minimum Nitec in Nursing. Valid registration with the relevant nursing authority. Experience in phlebotomy is required.
