Enrolled Nurse (PHI Inpatient Ward - West)

The Opportunity:

We are looking for Enrolled Nurses to join us for various disciplines to provide high quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

. Support Registered Nurses (RNs) in the coordination of care of patients

. Assist physicians and RNs in bedside procedures and treatment

. Communicate effectively and maintain collaborative relationship with the multidisciplinary healthcare team members

. Provide patient education to patients, Next of Kin (NOK) and caregivers on self-care management

. Attend to and assist RNs in patient resuscitation or medical emergencies

. Support clinical supervision of new enrolled nurses, support care staff and coaching of nursing students in the delivery of nursing care

. Identify common causes of patient safety incidents and work with the supervisor and senior nurses in carrying out quality improvement activities

. Be a team player and participate in clinical audits as required

Requirements:

. Candidate must be enrolled with SNB

. NITEC in Nursing or State Enrolled Nurse Certificate

. At least 1 year of experience as Enrolled Nurse in relevant discipline
