Monitor patient's response to treatment / care and report changes in patient's condition to relevant health-care team.
To maintain effective communication with patients, relatives and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure that appropriate information is shared and patient needs are met.
To ensure current trends in nursing practice is maintained through attendance of regular seminars and professional affiliation.
Participates in action plan for the unit to enhance employee engagement and maximize employee performance.
To demonstrate competency in nursing core skills as per attached Core Skill Assessment.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager.
Requirements
National ITE Certificate in Nursing or equivalent and recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board.
Enrolled with the Singapore Nursing Board is preferred.
Continuous acute clinical experience as an Enrolled Nurse preferred
