St. Hilda's Community Services Centre is a voluntary welfare organisation. We are a Senior Care Centre with a Day Rehabilitative Centre and an independent Drop-In Centre serving the needs of the community in one of Singapore's early housing estate in the locality of Tanjung Rhu and its surrounds.

Job Summary

Provide essential nursing care and support to clients in centre-based and home-based care settings, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure effective consultations and emergency responses while educating clients and caregivers and supervising nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality basic nursing care to clients participating in centre-based activities and receiving home-based care to promote their health and well-being
• Support Registered Nurses and volunteer doctors before, during, and after consultation and emergency care sessions to facilitate smooth clinical operations
• Educate clients and caregivers under the supervision and direction of Registered Nurses to enhance understanding and management of health conditions
• Supervise and manage Nursing Aides and Healthcare Assistants to ensure adherence to care standards and effective team performance
• Provide administrative and operations support

Requirements

• Possess a NITEC in Nursing or equivalent
• Hold a valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board
