ENROLLED NURSE

Our team is seeking a dedicated enrolled nurse to join our company.

Jobs Resposibilities :

1 ) Maintaining a high standard of care for all patients during their shifts.

2) Recognising a patient's change in health condition and responding appropriately.

3 ) Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs.

3) You will work closely with nurse managers to deliver high-quality patient care.

4 ) To ensure that all team members report changes in patient progress effectively, both verbally and in written form. Ensure that accurate, legible, and comprehensive nursing records are maintained by policy guidelines and unit guidance.

Job Requirements:

1) Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board is mandatory.

2) With Renal experience is an advantage

3) Training will be provided for those without renal experience.

4) Our Centre operate on two shifts (Morning: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, Afternoon: 2.30 pm - 10.30 pm)

from Monday to Saturday. (Sunday, off day)
