Job Summary
We are seeking passionate full-time English teachers to deliver tailored instruction that improves students English proficiency from elementary levels, fostering academic growth and individual potential in a supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver lesson plans customized to meet individual student learning needs and goals
- Provide detailed written feedback on student progress to guide improvement and inform instructional adjustments
- Develop and refine curriculum materials that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
- Identify and address learning obstacles to support student success and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
- Supervise and manage students effectively during peak hours to maintain a safe and productive learning environment
- Demonstrate flexibility by adapting teaching methodologies to diverse student needs and changing circumstances
- Engage and motivate students through proactive, creative, and patient instructional approaches
- Manage time efficiently to ensure punctuality and meet scheduling demands including evenings, weekends, and peak periods
- Communicate clearly and professionally with students, parents, and colleagues to foster collaboration and support
- Take initiative in performing additional ad hoc tasks that contribute to the center's educational mission
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience, preferably including kindergarten English teaching
- Ability to work full-time with availability for flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Understanding of tuition center operations as a service-oriented education environment that treats each student as an individual
Work Schedule
- Five to six days per week based on candidate availability
- Weekday hours: 09:00 to 20:00 Weekend hours: 09:00 to 18:00 with breaks arranged according to schedule
- Schedule may vary during school breaks and public holidays
