English Preschool Teacher Japanese Immersion Programme

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Preschool Teacher to join our Japanese Immersion Programme.

Our programme combines Japanese language and cultural immersion with an English-based early childhood curriculum, providing children with a unique multicultural learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate English lessons.

• Collaborate with Japanese teachers to create a nurturing bilingual learning environment.

• Support children's holistic development through meaningful learning experiences.

• Maintain a safe, positive and stimulating classroom environment.

• Communicate effectively with parents on children's learning and progress.

• Participate in school activities and cultural celebrations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent ECDA-recognised qualification.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Passionate about early childhood education.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to collaborate with Japanese educators.

• Interest in Japanese language and culture is an advantage.

• Japanese language proficiency is not required.
