Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and happiness of children under your care by monitoring and responding to their needs throughout the day
- Plan and deliver engaging English language learning activities tailored to young children's developmental stages
- Support children's holistic development by implementing play-based learning strategies that foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Maintain positive and clear communication with parents by providing regular updates on children's progress and activities
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth classroom operations and a supportive team environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a minimum L1 / L2 certification recognised by ECDA
- Demonstrate good command of spoken and written English to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Exhibit passion for early childhood education and nurturing young children
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and team members
- Show responsibility, care, and ability to work well in a team setting
