To establish a positive learning environment that encourages analytical thinking and independent thinking

To adopt different modes of assessment

University degree with at least bachelor degree in the relevant subject area

Possess teacher-training qualifications, i.e PGDE or equivalent

Preferably former MOE teachers with experience teaching in the subject area
