Your Impact

As a Literacy Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping each child's learning journey:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons using a proprietary structured, research-based literacy system
  • Build strong foundational skills in reading, comprehension, and language mastery
  • Track and support each student's progress through thoughtful assessment and feedback
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with parents through regular, professional communication
  • Create a classroom culture that is safe, nurturing, and intellectually stimulating
  • Contribute to centre excellence through participation in academic and outreach initiatives

Who We Seek

We are looking for educators who combine professionalism with a genuine passion for teaching:

  • A strong command of the English language with clear, internationally intelligible pronunciation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of professionalism, integrity, and personal accountability
  • The ability to engage, inspire, and manage young learners effectively

Qualifications

  • Degree in any discipline (Education, English, Linguistics, or Early Childhood preferred), OR
  • Diploma in a relevant field such as Teaching, Early Childhood, or English-related studies

Experience

  • Prior teaching experience is advantageous, particularly in early literacy or enrichment settings

Working Schedule

  • Weekdays: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Weekends: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • 5-day work week (inclusive of weekends)
