Job Responsibilities
1. Equipment Maintenance & Repair
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor tools (Dicing, Wafer Mounter, Stealth Dicing, Auto Die Separator).
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
- Replace defective parts and ensure minimal downtime.
- Assist in the setup, installation, and qualification of new semiconductor equipment.
- Identify root causes of equipment malfunctions and work with engineers to implement solutions.
- Optimize tool performance to enhance yield and production efficiency.
2. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Follow safety and cleanroom protocols to comply with industry standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
3. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with engineers, production staff, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Suggest improvements to reduce downtime and increase equipment reliability.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Willing to work 12-hour shift
