Mechanical Engineering Technician (Shift rotation/Tuas)

Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive maintenance on all plant equipment as instructed.

• Inspect equipment and perform corrective actions when needed.

• Update preventive maintenance records, including history cards and checklists.

• Record daily work activities in the logbook.

• Reduce equipment breakdowns and downtime by identifying problems early.

• Overhaul and maintain fans, blowers, pumps, motors, and other equipment.

• Install new equipment and inspect it to ensure proper operation.

Requirements:

• NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a process plant.
