Engineering Technician ATE & Semiconductor Test

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assisting engineering teams in setting up the test equipment for engineering and production.

• Manage all Test & Backend Equipment sustaining i.e. Bench, ATE, Handlers, Thermostream, ICOS, Laser Mark, etc.

• Perform Test program correlations and reject verifications.

• Prepare Test hardware for remote testing, ability to load and do sanity check on test program.

• Carry out characterization on or sample screening based on internal team request.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronic / Electrical / Mechatronic/IT/Biochemical/Mechanical/computer/Architecture Engineering.

• Higher Nitec/Nitec in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronic/IT/Biochemical/Mechanical/computer/Architecture.

• Flexible shift in 3-4-4-3 pattern or normal office working hrs pattern will need to be flexible to work in staggered or night shifts as required by business needs.

• Experience in HTOL support.

• Experience with ATE Tester. Experience with 93K will be added advantage.

• Hands on experience with Handlers, Probers, thermo stream testing equipment or bench test equipment.

• Experience in working at production/engineering semiconductor test facilities.

• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
