Supervise technicians and external contractors, ensuring effective execution of engineering tasks.
Plan shift schedules, conduct briefings and ensure proper handover between shifts.
Oversee preventive maintenance and routine inspections of M&E systems and common areas.
Assign, track and monitor work orders, ensuring timely completion of defects and service requests.
Respond promptly to M&E emergencies, troubleshoot issues and escalate incidents to management when required.
Ensure compliance to building codes, fire safety regulations and workplace safety standards.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reliability and support implementation of energy-saving initiatives and best practices.
Manage and maintain inventory of engineering equipment, tools and spare parts.
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facility Management or equivalent, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good planning and organisational skills, coupled with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
