About our group:

We are Drive Cleanroom Process Engineer responsible for process monitoring/control HDD assembly and teardown process performance by using engineering knowledge including Six Sigma and Lean to enable multiple skills in data analysis, problem-solving and solution to deliver committed goal metrics which are aligned to company goals.

About the role - you will:

  • Support clean room drive assembly process following OCAP.
  • Higher level responsible for all aspects of production process: deliver, assembly, visual check, load/unload, automatic machine operating.
  • Daily support for FOF/Tear down line activity
  • Perform routine inspection for 5S, EHS and quality.
  • Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations.
  • Support special Evaluation, qualification per supervisor assignment.
  • Inspects the quality of incoming control build component.
  • Work with cross functional team for continuous equipment/assembly improvement and root cause analysis for defect / yield issues
