Job Description

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Work closely with internal engineering teams to identify technical requirements and deliverables for projects.
Provide guidance, training, and support to team members while maintaining high morale and motivation.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.
Track project expenses and perform cost analysis to minimize budget overruns while maximizing efficiency.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
Ensure clear communication of technical details, timelines, and budgetary constraints to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation of inspections, certifications, and compliance records.
Ensure all engineering services meet the required technical specifications and quality standards.
Oversee the day-to-day activities of engineering projects, ensuring smooth coordination between all parties involved.
Monitor the performance and progress of projects, making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including design changes, approvals, and progress reports.
Provide regular progress reports to senior management, stakeholders, and clients.
Flexible to work in shift & site.
Experience working with clients and managing complex project timelines and budgets.
