Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Coordination & Operations: Act as the central liaison between the Regional Sales Manager and various regional sales offices. You will help drive sales initiatives and actively solve operational challenges to ensure smooth business continuity.

  • Technical Sales Enablement: Leverage your engineering background to assist in the creation of production application guides and comprehensive sales kits, helping our team demonstrate technical value to clients.

  • Training & Development: Lead the design and preparation of a standardized onboarding and technical training program for new sales personnel, ensuring they are well-equipped with product knowledge.

  • Executive Support: Assist the Regional Sales Manager with data analysis, reporting, and ad-hoc special projects as required to support regional growth.

Job Requirements:

Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

Technical Skills:

  • Preferred: Academic or practical experience in designing precision engineering motion systems is highly advantageous.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
