- Position : Engineering & Quotation Manager (RFQ / Costing / EMS Manufacturing)

- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $9,000 + Up to 2 Months Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Engineering/Quoting team coach supervisors/leads/technicians and run performance reviews
- Own end-to-end RFQ workflow: technical review, BOM loading/review, and ensuring requirements are captured via checklists
- Standardise quoting/costing methodology (labour, materials, NRE, tooling), set list price + lead-time standards
- Deliver accurate, timely cost estimates to support profitability, competitiveness, and win-rate
- Build, track and report weekly KPIs (output, accuracy, turn-time, win-rate) and drive department improvements
- Maintain technical documentation (drawings/models/NPI/SOP/OMS) and manage ECO/EOL tracking
- Ensure compliance to ISO/industry standards and continuously improve processes via documented procedures
- Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions (CAR/OFI) and uphold data integrity in ERP/MRP
- Manage supplier costing/pricing negotiations to secure best value materials
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders (PM, production, QA, supply chain, management) on RFQ/engineering status
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with hand-on experience with data and Microsoft Excel reporting
- Past ERP/MRP experience
- Operate as a collaborative team member and function with minimal supervision.
- Ability to interpret a variety of customer created technical drawings, BOM's and procedures.
