Job Description

We are seeking a Engineering Procurement Interface Manager to support the Engineering Manager in managing and coordinating all engineering-procurement interface activities for oil & gas EPC projects. The role ensures technical alignment between engineering disciplines and procurement teams, timely technical inputs, and compliance with project specifications and international standards throughout the procurement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the focal point between Engineering and Procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate technical inputs.

  • Coordinate preparation and review of technical requisitions, material requisitions, and bid evaluation documents.

  • Ensure engineering deliverables are issued in accordance with procurement schedules and project milestones.

  • Review vendor technical proposals, drawings, and documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.

  • Coordinate technical clarifications and alignments with vendors during tender and post-award stages.

  • Support expediting, inspection, FAT, and vendor documentation review activities as required.

  • Monitor and resolve engineering-procurement interface issues to mitigate schedule or technical risks.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable international codes, standards, and project specifications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related discipline).

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in oil & gas or EPC projects, with strong exposure to engineering-procurement interface activities.

  • Solid understanding of EPC workflows, procurement processes, and vendor coordination.

  • Experience reviewing technical bids, vendor documentation, and supporting procurement decisions.

  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work under tight project schedules and manage multiple interfaces.
