European semiconductor material manufacturer
Location: West (pick up transport provided)
- Manage a small Process Engineering team in process enginering and sustaining activities for process optimization, new / existing materials evaluation and new equipment qualification
- Monitor and achieve KPIs set for the team
- Support manufacturing line troubleshooting and sustaining on existing equipment and materials
- Identify process issues, conduct root cause analysis and attend to customer complaint troubleshooting
- Review and ensure process documentation are well record and up to date
- Continuous improvement in areas of yield, productivity and decrease scrap cost
- Collaborate with cross function teams (production, quality, maintenance) to improve processes and workflow
- Support industrialization of process and equipment improvement projects
Requirement
- Bachelor of Engineering / Science (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical and Electronics, Material Science, Physics).
- 8 years in process development and engineering sustaining experience in the electronics manufacturing or semiconductor assembly process industry
- Proven experience to lead a small process engineering team
- Strong statistical tools and application in SPC, Minitab, DOE, FMEA, JMP
- Knowledge in ISO and EHS management system
- Management skills, analytical, independent and multi-tasker
