Engineering Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Engineering Manager to join our automation team. This role is ideal for experience application/programmer who want to grow their career in industrial automation, PLC development, control systems in various industry such as Data Centres, Industrial process for critical infrastructure.

You lead a team of engineer to manage the projects, engineering documents, engineering standard and design, develop, application/ function block for different industry involving Schneider electric, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Panasonic plc systems HMI interfaces, sensors, drives, and industrial communication networks.

What you'll be doing

1. PLC & Automation Engineering Works

Lead in developing and modifying PLC programs.

Support troubleshooting of machine logic, IO faults, safety signals, and sensor integration.

Participate in control sequence design, alarms, interlocks, and optimization work.

2. Engineering Design and Documentation

Create multiple application/function block for different industry and generate engineering documents to comply to various industry standard such as Data Centers, critical infrastructure project.

3. Project Lead and Management

To lead a team of engineers to execute engineering works efficiently and according to the engineering document.

To manage project and attend engineering meeting with client

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in electronic/mechatronic or control engineering, or a similar field.

At least 8 to 10 year's experience as a PLC programmer/Lead Programmer.

Electronic and control engineering experience.

In Depth knowledge of Ladder Programming, Function Block, Structure Text.

In Depth knowledge of PLC software design, PLC automation software and coding languages.

In Depth knowledge of of SIL & Cyber Security requirement

Able to travel locally and oversea
