Job Description:
- In charge of driving the Engineering team in executing improvement initiatives to achieve cost savings and productivity targets
- Responsible in ensuring Overall Equipment Effectiveness meets targeted performance level.
- In charge of overseeing and managing facilities maintenance activities and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Responsible in leading and taking ownership of in-house and automation machines which include software development, covering concept development, design, budgeting, testing, commissioning, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
- Take charge of identifying and recommending cost-saving initiatives to reduce operational expenses.
- Responsible for reviewing equipment designs and processes to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- In charge of providing leadership and direction to Technical, Moulding, Equipment, Process Engineers, as well as Workplace Safety functions.
- Responsible in monitoring and ensuring environmental validation activities comply with ISO standards, FDA regulations, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Job Requirement:
- Min Degree inMechanical Engineering.
- Min 8 year of experience in Medical Devices Manufacturing Environment
- Min 5 year of experience inleading and delivering complex, technology-driven projects.
- Experience with automation machine design and PLC programming and CNC Machining.
