Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the team responsible for product customization, drafting, and enhancements
- Manage product certification processes in collaboration with external agencies (e.g., SCDF, TUV SUD)
- Coordinate communication and collaboration across multiple departments, including factory, engineering, and customers
- Drive product improvements based on customer feedback and requirements
- Attend site meetings as needed, with a focus on coordination and follow-up
- Ensure compliance with certification standards and oversee annual renewal procedures
Job Requirements
- Degree in mechanical engineering
- Excellent communication skills and proficient in documentation, including emails and reports
- Skilled in project coordination and managing stakeholder relationships
- Experienced in handling certification processes, such as SCDF standards
- Capable of leading a small team and collaborating effectively with production and design departments
