We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional engineering teams and drive the successful delivery of enterprise-scale AI and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams across Computer Vision, AI/ML, and Full Stack development.
• Define technical scope and architecture in collaboration with Solution Architects.
• Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Drive engineering excellence, code quality, scalability, and performance.
• Resolve technical bottlenecks and manage project dependencies.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Implement engineering best practices, CI/CD, and quality assurance processes.
• Foster innovation and continuously improve engineering processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong experience in enterprise software development across Cloud, On-Premise, or Hybrid environments.
• Hands-on expertise in AI/ML, Computer Vision, and Full Stack technologies.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
