Engineering Lead

As an Engineering Lead, you will provide technical leadership, driving electrical design excellence and engineering standards from concept development through project delivery.

What you will do

• You will lead the electrical design for hyperscale datacenter projects from concept through construction
• Review and approve electrical designs to ensure compliance with client, BOD and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions
• Lead technical design reviews and manage design changes throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify project risks, drive design optimization and mentor engineers to support technical excellence

What you will nee

• You will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, with at least 8 years of experience in driving electrical design for large-scale infrastructure
• Knowledge of critical power systems, including MV/LV distribution, UPS and standby generation
• Experience in leading technical design coordination with consultants and contractors
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Flexibility to travel extensively across APAC
