About the Role

As an intern with D‑Team, you'll get a front‑row seat to how building projects are managed and delivered. This program is designed to give students a comprehensive view of how building projects are delivered -from planning and coordination to technical execution. You'll be part of real projects and gain exposure to both management and engineering aspects.

Scope of Work

As an intern, you will:

Project Coordination: Assist project managers in liaising with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
Progress Monitoring: Track schedules, report on milestones, and support the team in keeping projects on time.
Site Experience: Attend site meetings and inspections to understand how decisions are made and issues are resolved.
Communication Development: Practice professional communication with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
Candidates who are available from January 2027 onwards, with a minimum internship period of 4 months and above.
