Responsible for all front-facing process-related issues occurring during out-of-hours shift operation.
Collaborate closely with the Process Owners, Equipment Engineering, and Operation Teams to restore the disrupted process to production while maintaining quality and achieving modules objectives.
Monitor and sustain process performance for qualified processes and operations, including monitoring SPC.
Deploy and review statistical process controls to ensure a stable and robust processing platform, responding to PR rules and adhering to CAS/SOP guidelines.
Address out-of-control or process abnormality issues, handle lot disposition, and implement corrective measures.
Provide detailed and accurate passdown of tool, process related and lot disposition information during handovers between shift process members, enabling efficient follow-up procedures.
Perform data analysis and maintain situation awareness to address excursions of process anomaly issues.
Contribute to engineering improvement initiatives to enhance process yield and support cost-saving projects.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Engineering/Science or equivalent from a recognized institution.
2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with technical expertise and knowledge in lithography, dry/wet etch, thin film sputtering, backgrinding, laser marking, and plating and bonding are advantageous.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with statistical tools such as Minitab and JMP is advantageous.
Experience in SPC and OCAP is advantageous.
Possesses a positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in a clean room environment and on rotating 12-hours shift.
