General Summary
- Provide technical and engineering support to production to ensure stable and efficient operations.
- Support the disposition of onhold production lots.
- Participate in qualification and validation activities for new tools, materials, and process changes.
- Assist engineers with Engineering Runs, including process data collection and analysis.
- Support investigations of customer returns and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, including work instructions and process setup sheets.
- Conduct measurements and basic metrology checks in accordance with engineering instructions.
Preferred Qualification
- Diploma in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related disciplines).
- Proficient in the use of measurement tools, basic metrology equipment, and microscopes.
